Michael McQueen

Partner & Physiotherapist

Michael has worked as a physiotherapist for over 20 years and has an interest in total body biomechanics, including pelvic/hip stability and peripheral joint symmetry. Michael is a keen proponent of 'hands on' physiotherapy and enjoys addressing a diverse range of patient needs. Since founding the practice in 2000, Michael is proud of the direction that Wamberal Physiotherapy is taking and the diversity of team that is working here.









Nigel Renton

Partner & Physiotherapist


As a partner in Wamberal Physiotherapy, Nigel has brought to the practice a vast experience in exercise based treatment and patient-specific strengthening programs. Nigel has degrees in both Exercise and Sport science and Physiotherapy. Nigel has an interest in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and uses a wide variety of techniques to achieve maximum benefit for his patients. Nigel enjoys competing in Triathlons and spending time with his family. 

Josh McKim

Physiotherapist


Josh McKim has been part of the team since 2010. With degrees in both Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sport Science, Josh brings a wide range of innovative rehabilitation techniques to Wamberal Physiotherapy. With a keen interest in dry needling and exercise based rehabilitation programs, he aims at achieving rapid patient recovery. Josh understands the importance of looking at his patients’ big picture to assist them achieve their goals. Josh's passions are skiing, mt biking, SUP, cricket and woodwork.

Leah Mandell

Physiotherapist


Leah is an integral part of the team here at Wamberal Physiotherapy with 14 years experience working both locally and internationally as a Physiotherapist. Leah has been a part of the team here at Wamberal Physiotherapy for 8 years and has a keen interest in acute sports injuries, rehabilitation and women's health physiotherapy. When not at work Leah enjoys staying fit and spending as much time as she can with her kids. 

Ben Green

Physiotherapist


Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University, Orange in 2018. Since this time Ben has been working in an array of clinical settings including sporting teams, aged care and with us at Wamberal Physiotherapy. Outside of the clinic you’ll find him working as the Senior Emergency Department Physiotherapist at Gosford Hospital on the weekends (he hopes to never see you there).


Ben strives to stay up to date with his continual education having completed further studies in Sports Physiotherapy and complex Lumbar Spine presentations as well as weekly professional development in house to provide the best evidence-based practice for all his patients.


In his spare time, you’ll find Ben spending way too much time swimming, riding and running to train for triathlons, having a hit on the local golf courses or having a kick around down at the soccer fields.

Belinda Feller

Paediatrics and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist


After completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, in 2008, Bel has developed a keen interest in working with paediatric patients, particularly those with musculoskeletal concerns, including pain and hypermobility, and those with gross motor delay.


Bel has also completed further studies in Therapeutic Yoga, Pilates and mindfulness to help patients of all ages improve their strength, mobility and function.


She enjoys working with patients to create exercise programs suited to their individual needs, to help them achieve their goals.

Outside of work Bel likes hanging out with her family, and practising yoga.

Paris Gurton-Edkins

Physiotherapist


We are excited to have Paris join our team here at Wamberal in 2023. Paris graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Newcastle University and is interested in applying the latest evidence based interventions to her treatments. Paris also has a keen interest in AFL and during the winter season looks after the Kilarney Vale Bombers.  












Jane Robson

Remedial Massage Therapist


Jane is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and has developed a special interest in Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Prior to completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage, Jane has worked at Wamberal Physiotherapy for 9 years as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Hydrotherapy Instructor. Jane has also attained a Cert IV in Personal Training. Outside of work Jane enjoys surfing, spearfishing and outdoor fitness training.
